Disclosure - This tour has a lot of poor ratings for whatever reason. But I want to give credit where credit is due and this seemed to be the best place to do it. I wasn't able to take the actual tour due to a misunderstanding, so this review is for the customer service received from the operators of this tour. The customer service rep that I talked to was very understanding when I explained the situation that led to my missing the tour. I was really pleased with their speed of responsiveness and very much appreciated their efforts to make it right. If I have the opportunity to return to this area in the near future, I'll rebook this tour and try again.
