The drivers were great but the communication with the company was awful. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to answer. I reached out via WhatsApp, text, phone and TripAdvisor message multiple times because our flight was delayed and never got a response. Luckily, the driver was there waiting for us. On our return, I tried again to contact them to confirm the pickup via WhatsApp, text, phone and Trip Advisor with no luck. I got a call from a random Mexican number (not the number on the listing) but didn’t answer because I didn’t recognize it and they didn’t leave a message. Luckily, I called back a couple of hours later and lo and behold it was them! The guy on the phone had the nerve to tell me that it was lucky I called when I did because he was about to go home for the day. It’s very strange that they don’t use WhatsApp because pretty much every other company we worked with in Mexico does almost exclusively. Our friends booked the same transfer and the driver never showed up for the return ride to the airport so they ended up taking an Uber. If you don’t have an international phone plan that works in Mexico, you probably won’t be able to communicate with this company.
