- Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen Hotels. You will confirm your exact pickup time with the local tour operator.
- If your hotel is outside coverage you will be asked to meet the tour at a nearby location.
- Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.
- You should bring swimwear, towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent and spending cash for incidentals.
- Please note that as of January 2nd, 2025, Mexican federal government has imposed a new additional mandatory tax for all visitors attending Tulum Archeological Site (Mayan Ruins). As a result, a mandatory surcharge of 750MXN pesos per passenger is payable in cash on the day of your activity.

Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher. Upon pickup or arrival at the meeting point, please present your confirmation/voucher and photo ID in exchange for your product.
If you do not require hotel pickup or selected the meeting point option, meet the tour at any of the designated meeting points.
