This was as easy and least stressful airport pick up I've ever booked. Robert was as accommodating as any driver I've ever had. I highly recommend this company. They were everything I needed at just the right time and place. Was in contact with Robert through it all. Just a perfect experience.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

Flight was delayed. Arrived at 1:43PM. Called the service at 2:09PM wanting to know if the driver was coming. Was told not to worry they would be there. Waited outside baggage claim. Never saw a vehicle with the company name or any signage with our name. Called again at 2:32PM after an extended hold (operator said needed a supervisor) a man answered and said the driver was released after waiting 45 minutes and I would have to find my own way to our destination. Strange that conversation occurred before 45 minutes had fully elapsed and there was never any person who called out our name, paged us, had a sign from Carmel Limo or a sign with our name. I am now out the charge paid to the tour agency as well as another $85.00 for alternate transportation, the stress of this experience and the additional delay over and above the original flight delay.
