Rebooked this and it was canceled on us when we were at the airport ready to get the ride. Be sure to book early and double confirm.

Total waste of time. It took hours to finally come to the conclusion that Viator doesn’t service the hotel we are booked into. The first call I made put me on hold “to check something” and I hung up after 28 minutes. I have always used Viator but will consider other options after this experience.

Steven was great. We were very tired, and he made it a very easy ride to the hotel after 24 hours of traveling

No one showed up. I’m still fighting for refund. The local tour operator listed on my confirmation said they didn’t do business with Carmel or Viator. We were left of airport curb for 1.5 hrs and ended up spending 4x what our transfer rate was just to get to our hotel and I still don’t have the $72.00 I paid Viator.
