The driver was early to arrive and was waiting for us prior to our scheduled pick up time. The driver was able to navigate traffic to get us to the airport ahead of schedule. The only issue I had was that the driver took my credit card to "charge for tolls" and later I found out after questioning him that he gave himself a tip by charging my card without my knowledge. To me this is not acceptable and probably not even legal.

This was a horrible experience. Before we got our seatbelts on the driver was demanding that we pay him more money and stated that tolls were not included. He was very aggressive and screamed at us and asked if we were going to pay cash for the toll or a card? He made us all feel uncomfortable and I would never recommend this service to anyone as we did not feel safe!!!!

Our driver was excellent, very friendly and got us to Our destinations safely. We were happy to see the same driver for both of our trips, JFK to Manhattan and back.

Confirmation number 1723619045, booking number 1340371039 2025.12.15 Booked through them was Camel Car & Limousine Service on the way out it was Private Express Limousine and Car Service. Contact by the service was not made as on the way out. On my initiative, I contacted Camel the day before and had the service confirmed. No driver showed up at the pickup time. At my intervention it took 20 minutes for the car to arrive. It was completely dirty and filthy. The driver charged us additional fees for transportation my advice that everything was paid for, he ignored, also the contact with the supervisor was unfriendly, arrogant and not successful. Under these circumstances I had to cancel the trip and contacted the above service as on the way.(Private Express, Limousines and Car Service.), you could send a car immediately, the cost of 101.68 euros I advanced. I ask for compensation for the costs incurred. Kind regards Dr Thomas Pauly PS: for years I have been using their service and it is the first time that there have been such problems that I very much regret. It doesn't even correspond to company policy
