Allow for NYC traffic when setting a pick up time. I was getting a little worried by the time the driver arrived.

The driver did not contact us in advance. We therefore did not know which car was going to visit us. Communication of the pick-up time was also difficult. We were called back at 2:30 a.m., where we slept, of course. The driver scratched our expensive suitcase, as there was a metal clip in his trunk, along which he scraped the suitcase and pushed in. He demanded an extra $10 “great fairy” after boarding. In addition, at -15 degrees outside temperature there was no air conditioning in the car and the smell was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, not a nice experience to end the trip and also a scratched suitcase!

Driver took us to the wrong airport and left!!! We had to scramble to find another ride to the correct airport.

Do yourself a favor and book any other Car Service except this one. I book them twice because I’m a full and thought after the first time it was a fluke. Wrong! They lied and said the car was coming, but no car was ever coming, and I had a kept calling to see where the car was standing outside in the freezing cold with my kids and no one ever came. I don’t know why I booked this company when Uber or Lyft is so convenient. Very stupid.

When this asks "where did you go"? Well we didn't go anywhere because they didn't pick us up, they cancelled 4 minutes before the pickup time which was scheduled in advance. This is absolutely the worst car service ever, they failed to pick us up on the morning of an international trip that was scheduled weeks in advance and their compensation for that after filing a complaint was a TWELVE dollar discount. don't waste your time with these people, they don't value their customers at all.
