It was an ok experience. Not as seamless as you would expect a paid car service to be. You enter all the info on viator…they give you this coupon like thing to redeem with the company so then you have to basically click the link on the email to actually schedule the ride. There seemed to be 2 links one didn’t work I tried the other and it did so I input all the info a second time and submitted it. 1 hr later I recieve a message on viator that my ride isn’t scheduled and I need to send the info again so I do. The ride shows up and is on time and the driver is polite. I also don’t like that the price does not include everything. So you’ll more than likely pay the price online for me $87 ish and the I was handed a bill with some other things and a gratuity but the driver didn’t speak English well so there was no explanation just “here your bill” it was an additional $20 ish. Uber would’ve been a more seamless way to get to the airport and ultimately it ends up being about the same price.

Driver was punctual, arrived 15 mins early. Trip did not include toll to airport which had to be paid separately ($7).

It was a smooth ride with a very pleasant gentleman who told us about driving in New York City for over 30 years! It was 330am and I was amazed I COULD laugh!! Knowing our transportation was guaranteed at such an early hour allowed us to just relax and enjoy our visit to the City!
