Thoroughly enjoyed the trolley tour and the whole visit to the Tea Garden. The Trolley tour was informative and entertaining. The Factory tour was informative. It's a beautiful setting and worth learning about the tea grown and processed there. The gift shop as many nice items.

The trolley ride takes about 35-40 minutes and you'll get to see our many acres and acres of tea bushes. You'll learn more about tea both from our trolley guide as well as our founder, Bill Hall, who narrates a portion of the tour over the bus sound system. The trolley also makes a stop at the greenhouse where everyone departs the trolley and gets to see up close and personal just what it takes to bring new tea bushes into the world. This trip is a once-in-a-lifetime experience

Our tour guide was amazing! We went on the green trolly at 10:30on 9/12/25! So much fun and very informative on the whole process of growing tea. The grounds were absolutely beautiful! She was very friendly and answered all questions. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The tour was nice, but be cautious about billed prices in the gift shop. Every item we bought came up higher at the register than it was priced on the shelf.

There will be Marsh Mosquitoes to deal with! Other than that it was a very pleasant and interesting experience!

This place was different than expected. There weren’t many places to walk around, the tea “gardens” are just big fields of plants they farm for tea leaves. The trolley driver was VERY enthusiastic and clearly loves her job, but the tour was under whelming. We did learn some historical things about the actual fields, but it was honestly pretty boring and not worth our time. Do if you absolutely love tea (it’s Tea-riffic), skip if you’re expecting to view pretty gardens/ plants.
