We received a text message indicating a change in their operational location, which unfortunately led to the cancellation of our scheduled helicopter ride five hours prior to the event. We appreciate their prompt notification and the offer of either a full refund or a discounted rebooking for a future date. Given that we are currently on vacation, we opted for the full refund. While we understand these situations can arise, it would have been a pleasure to experience the ride, as it was intended as a surprise for my partner.

Loved it, so much fun, great pilot, knowledgeable and friendly. A must-do if you’re visiting the Scenic City. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

It is a good experience, the pilot and the assistant are very friendly.
The entrance to the place is over the exit ramp of the interstate although there is not much traffic, you must be careful when entering and exiting.
