I believe that this trip should have been cancelled by the operator as the sea was so rough it was almost impossible to swim. We were informed before we left that it would be rough and given the option to reschedule but that isn’t possible when leaving town the following day

Although we were warned by the captain about it being very windy, according to her: "It was mainly just the boat ride to get there". We were under the impression that it would be calm ENOUGH to snorkel when the boat stopped. We weren't even strong enough to swim against the current to MAKE it to the reef. We had NO idea it would be so difficult. We had both snorkeled before many times, but this was WAY difficult. The captain and crew(although pleasant enough) adopted a " We warned you, that's all we can do "attitude . Unfortunately, some were very condescending. Yes, it was our decision to press on, but it was rather a bit like" insult to injury". It was an incredibly disappointing experience. Is there ever a crew member who actually gets into the water to swim alongside the group in order to encourage and help along the way? In All of my previous experiences, the crews provided a much more supportive presence , rather than a "sink or swim "leap into the water.

Capt. Kirstain was our skipper. They did a horrible job of checking with everyone about the rules. About the reefs. My new bride and I was in key West on our honeymoon and this was on our list to go snorkeling. When we got to the spot for the boat to anchor to release everyone into the water. We were yelled at dis-respectfully and told to come back towards the boat. Even tho we were also instructed not to go past the reef. Which we didn't. And they treated my wife and I like we were children. We paid good money for this. And wre treated very poorly. And even humiliated us in front of other customers. To make is out to be fools. I won't ever forget my wife crying. I will be sueing them for everything I can get. This company needs to really assess the people they hire. This has set the tone for the reat of our honeymoon. I'm so mad and angry about the whole experience. We not only need a refund. But more than that. They need to fire so called capt. Kristian. What a horrible person to represent a company. Shane on her behavior.
