Gabriel knows so much about the transformation of the waterfront in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, and about the birds and other wildlife inhabiting the islands. The team was fantastic— they took great care of us. There’s nothing like seeing the city from the water. Would love to go again. Not just for tourists!
Join us aboard one of our classic boats, Manhattan or Manhattan II, for a captivating narrated boat cruise through New York Harbor's historic waterways! Embark on a journey of discovery as we cruise past Belmont Island, Roosevelt Island, Mill Rock, and North and South Brother Islands and learn about the area's rich history and wildlife. Guests aboard will learn fascinating tales from our expert guide and renowned Urban Naturalist, Gabriel Willow or Russell Jacobs, as we hope to witness a variety of bird species, including water birds, egrets, herons, gulls and more, nesting on North Brother and South Brother Islands. We recommend bringing binoculars! We'll also see other iconic landmarks including One World Trade, the Manhattan skyline, Brooklyn Bridge, and more! - The boat departs from and returns to Chelsea Piers, on Pier 62, which is located at the northern end of the Chelsea Piers Complex. Our ticket booth is located on the water just steps from our dock. Please check in at the Classic Harbor Line ticket booth upon arrival.

The staff was great..very accommodating with questions, beverages, knowledge of the area and the sailboat..views were great.. sailboat was beautiful ..jazz band was awesome too.. was a good touch to a good evening
