Hello from the French girls of the PAT Tour – Grand Canyon Tour! You are honestly the best and funniest guide we have ever had. We laughed so much with you, you are absolutely hilarious! We truly enjoyed every single moment of this incredible day. Thank you sooooo much for everything, for your energy, your jokes, and even the legendary “pipi” moments 😂 Thanks you Patrick ! This tour will stay in our memories forever!

What an amazing tour! We had one hiccup with Viiator communications but our “Comedy on Deck” was spot on!! We were entertained from start to finish. Our tour guide Joe was fabulous! I seriously recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Grand Canyon.

We selected the pickup point at our hotel (the booking system does have the pickup point at our hotel). But we waited at the pickup point for around 1 hour in a very cold morning, but no one came and no one called us. We tried to contact the tour company, but the telephone left in the webpage is wrong. We tried to contact Viator help desk, but also no one answered the phone. 1 hour after the pickup time and we planned to give up, the tuor guide finally call us and said we were not showed up. After communication he told us there's no pickup point at our hotel and asked us to take a Uber to meet him at the first stop. It's really a terrible experience.
