This was my first time booking a cooking class, so I had no expectations but what a great experience! Chef Larson was personable, gave clear instructions as we went along and the food was amazing! The menu was exactly as advertised and we liked that he used every day ingredients (vs a bunch of specialty items that are hard to find). The class was held in his private home so was very informal and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to the Seattle area. We weren’t quite sure what to expect but it turned out to be such a wonderful surprise. Our chef made the entire evening feel relaxed and welcoming. He was generous with his knowledge, patient with questions and made sure everyone felt included no matter their level of experience. We prepared a full five-course meal from scratch including fresh hand-made pasta which we had never prepared before. Everything was hands-on and felt very doable even for beginners. The food was delicious and the atmosphere felt more like a dinner party than a formal class. We left full happy and excited to try some of the recipes again at home (homemade pasta might just become a new weekend tradition :).

The food and the company were amazing and the chef was a wealth of knowledge. Lawson made an intimidating menu of risotto, ragu and pannacotta so easy and approachable. 10/10 would recommend
