This sushi class was such a nice surprise. We came in with no idea how to make sushi and left feeling very confident. Our chef was patient, friendly and explained everything clearly. We began with a tasty tuna sesame salad and then learned how to roll several kinds of sushi including spicy tuna, caterpillar rolls and hand rolls. I can recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you chef!
