The Whitney was an experience I won't forget. Somber, yes. But the facts are told and we should be listening. Teach your children. Take them here. It was well worth the time.

I loved this tour. I would highly recommend touring the Whitney Plantation. There are multiple plantation tours; however, the Whitney Plantation Tour, gives you the true history of slavery. It was an emotional tour. Brian our tour guide was great. The swamp boat was also part of the tour and was truly fun. The alligators were scary and cute to look at. This was money well spent!!!
