A group of friends and I booked a tour for my birthday, and I can't express what a wonderful experience it was. When we arrived, we were informed that due to the water temperature and clarity, we might not see many manatees. We appreciated their honesty and straightforwardness, but we were just happy to be there regardless. Our guides, Giggles and Capt. Chris, were fantastic! They were so much fun to be around and extremely knowledgeable about the manatees, as well as the surrounding area and the history of the bay. You could tell they had a huge passion for what they did, which made the experience even better. Giggles was able to track down a manatee for us, and it was perfect! She made sure we all got to see it and enjoy that moment. They also took us to Three Sisters Springs, which was incredible. When we returned to the office, they had a birthday cupcake and a handwritten card waiting for me. They all sang me "Happy Birthday" and really went the extra mile to make my day special. Seriously, what tour company goes out to get you a cupcake while you're on a tour and has it ready for you upon your return? They were all wonderful people, and we had such a fun time. We will definitely be back for scalloping with them!

J and Captain Todd were great. We enjoyed our time snorkeling in the bay with the manatees and dolphins. Todd had great stories and kept my mother entertained on the boat while J. taught us all about manatees. We also got to go to three springs and see the crystal clear waters!

We loved our tour with Crystal River Manatee Adventures! Jay and Todd were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The trip itself was amazing and felt very personalized. Todd and Jay really listened to what we wanted to do and made sure the experience was tailored to us. We were able to see manatees up close and even swim with them, which was unforgettable. My favorite part was swimming in the beautiful, crystal-clear water at Three Sisters Spring. The water is crystal clear and the temperature was perfect. I’ll add that swimming experience to my top 5 ever! The boat was super nice and comfortable, which made the whole outing even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect tour and an incredible experience. We had such a great time and would highly recommend Crystal River Manatee Adventures to anyone!
