We chose the night ride. It was so nice to be able to enjoy all the city lights. The lap blankets in the cart were an amazing extra touch and so appreciated since it was a chilly ride. Our driver was very knowledgeable and personable. Definitely worth it to get to see and learn so much about DC.

We booked a tour for 4:00 PM and arrived early, only to learn that Camrin, the scheduled 4:00 PM tour guide, had decided to take another couple on the tour instead. As a result, we were made to wait for another tour guide who did not arrive until 4:30 PM. We were notified at 3:57 PM that our tour had been pushed back to 4:30.
The situation did not feel right, as it seemed Camrin did not honor our scheduled tour and gave the other couple priority. Because of the delay, we missed part of the daytime experience, especially since winter sunsets occur earlier.
Our replacement tour guide, Byron, arrived at 4:30 PM and apologized for the delay. He was honest and transparent about the mishap. He was friendly, knowledgeable and informative of sites we toured.

Our guide, Lawrence, was awesome from start to finish! He made sure the tour was informative, impactful and personal. Though it was a cold night, he warmed our hearts with the histories of his home.

Maurice was very knowledgeable and very energetic! The car was so cute, and he had the cover ready because it was going to rain and cozy blankets to stay warm!

Although it was very cold the night we went our driver took care of us with heavy blankets and then asked if he could put up the plastic sides. We still stopped or drive by all locations. He was very knowledgeable of the monument history and other items in DC.
