What a great experience! Our guide David was outstanding. Not only did we get to try some awesome foods, we learned a lot about Portland and the areas we walked through. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Great information about the city from the guide. Plenty of food, arrive hungry. Good variety of sweet and savory. Nice pace to eat and walk. Bring water, several stops have water, too.

We had such a blast with David on our food tour! He was so knowledgeable about the area and history, and what really struck us were his genuine relationships with each of the restaurant/food truck owners we visited. He knew their stories and really put a nice personal element onto the visits. We tasted a variety of items - breakfast egg sandwiches, Lebanese curated chocolates, Japanese food truck sandwiches, spicy noodles, Thai chicken dishes, shave ice, and London bus pub drinks. (Apologies if I can't remember everything about the food; there was so much, large portions, and a ton of information...but I think I captured the highlights.) :D There was a lot of walking but it was well paced and what I would call relatively easy for most potential participants. If you're new to Portland, or even if you're a local, you will definitely enjoy the experience and all the deliciousness that comes with it. And special thanks to David for putting up with my calling of food truck pods "clouders". It started as a joke then just caught on for the rest of the tour. He's a trooper and very fun to spend time with without a doubt. HIGHLY recommend this tour!

David did an excellent job mixing amazing Portland facts and great food. Stops were well paced with fun facts between. The breakfast sandwich was a great way to start the tour. Even though we had just a half sandwich it was filling. I love the food cart pods and probably could have eaten our way around just one pod. Tokyo Sando also served a great sandwich and Stretch the Noodle’s dish was excellent but very spicy. Nongs chicken dinner was fabulous but by this time wasn’t sure I could eat anything else. Only thing I would change would be put the chocolate tasting closer to the end and have the shave ice be a smaller portion since we are just tasting the coffee shave ice was the BEST! Thanks David for a wonderful first day in Portland Oregon
