Tour Guide was not in place and, after waiting several minutes, I made a call to the number given. Told the number was not in service. Tried to call other Viator number. Pleasant woman who tried her darndest to find out what was going on, but could not as her company is not connected to this tour. Two phone numbers on the ticket and no help. Got incoming call from guide from the number that was not in service. Meeting place was apparently changed at the last minute and we did not receive any updates. He said he was two blocks away and we could come to him or he would come to us. We asked him to come to us (two senior citizens unfamiliar with the area). Waited another 15 minutes and called him again to ask where he was since he said he was two blocks away. He did not pick up. Went to a local hotel and ordered some drinks/food then got a text that he was on his way. Met him (and two other people on the tour) 35 minutes after the tour was supposed to begin. He seemed pleasantly nonchalant, and since we had already ordered and were not impressed with any of the service we were supposed to be getting, we chose not to continue with him. Such a dire lack of communication for something that was quite expensive to begin with. Have NEVER had a Viator tour like this and would not recommend it. Also would like Viator to double check all phone numbers on the tickets. Not cool to strand visitors in places they are already unfamiliar with.

We did a mid-afternoon tour with Dan as our guide. He made the experience fun and interesting, as he was full of knowledge about the area we walked. He knew employees at each stop, which created more conversation and insights into the various establishments visited. A great experience overall!

We had the best time with Collin! He gave us a great mix of history, fun facts, and a variety of bars totally based on our personalities and drinking likes. Highly recommend taking this fun walking tour!

Had a great tour with Dan! He was very engaging with the group as well as taking the time to get to know everyone individually. Dan was a wealth of knowledge on places we visitors as well as the city. The tour took us to (4) different types of bars which was great because it was a different vibe at each place. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone regardless if you are local (we were) or someone from out of town.
