This is an AMAZING food tour! Our guide Susan not only took us through the French Quarter, gave us a history lesson on the area and food, but also gave me tips on how to navigate and park in New Orleans. There were about 12 of us, a family from Australia and Great Britain as well as my girlfriend and myself. Susan expertly navigated us through the busy streets while providing information about the areas we going through and answering random questions. The food! All the food was delicious. We started off with local cookies, had a sandwich at an Italian place, alligator sausage, po boy, oysters, and much more. Susan and everyone at Destination Kitchen are GREAT at communicating with you. You’ll know where to meet, and where to check in. I was talking about a half marathon I was running in Kenner the next day and Susan texted to see how the race went! WOW! What great personal customer care! I would highly recommend booking a tour with Destination Kitchen.

I feel the tour is misrepresented as a food tour when in actuality, it is more of an alcohol drink related tour. We were taken to five different locations and received five different drinks with five different mixes of alcohol as far as the food part of the tour, the portion sizes we’re not sufficient enough to label this tour as a food tour. It’s more of a mixed drink tour if you are looking to try different drinks this is a tour for you if you’re looking to try different foods, I cannot say that this is the best tour for that.

I’m a repeat customer for this tour and it’s great every time! Craig was an awesome guide…knowledgeable and fun to spend the evening with. I recommend this tour to anyone visiting the French Quarter!

RUN away, run far from anything
Destination Kitchen related. Had a subpar tour (7 people),Destination Kitchen rejected partial refund
request. The company didn't respond to any emails to engage in discussion.
Craig left the price tag on the 4th food tasting, its was $2.79, a praline in a box.
"An iconic dessert" he called it.
We had 2 other food. Tours with. Another company, both 5 Star experience.
