Even if your hotel appears on the list, there is a chance you may need to meet at an alternate location. If that is the case, the tour supplier will designate the closest available meeting point for your excursion.For private tours, pickup is available from both hotels and private residences located within the designated pickup zone. The tour supplier's contact information will be included on your prepaid ticket for any questions or arrangements.Pickup usually occurs between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, with an expected return between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please note that DETOURS cannot be held responsible for late arrivals back to Phoenix due to unforeseen delays or traffic conditions.Last-Minute Bookings: Tours booked after 7:00 PM (Arizona time) the night before may not be confirmed.
