We had a great winter tour with Jake. It was a full tour and we did get lucky with seeing some wildlife, but the real star of the show was Jake’s effortless ability to keep some of the rowdier small children appropriately engaged and not too disruptive to the rest of the group. 500 points to Jake!

Jake was a terrific guide. He is handsome and extremely funny. Very personable. As a solo traveler it can be nerve wracking at times but the minute I met Jake I knew I was in good hands. The tour was terrific! Many stops to take pictures, lots of information and stories (not boring at all!). Jake took care of everyone in the group. I highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience. Felt we got to understand the history of Banff and saw all the key places. It was short, sweet, and very informative. Bobby (our guide) was fantastic. He was very knowledgable.
