• If you are unable to swim and would like to remain on the boat, we welcome you. "Ride alongs" are a paid ticket as it is a reserved seat on the boat.
• We have full discretion to refuse service to guests based on attire, behavior, physical fitness & condition
• Please arrive no later than your scheduled check in time, as we have important information to review prior to leaving the dock, as well as outfit all guests with the equipment needed for the tour.
• Restroom facilities not available on boat

• Guests must be physically and mentally capable of listening to and obeying safety instructions
• This is an open ocean experience at night. Young children may be scared of the dark waters and large animals.

1st, proceed to our store to checkin. Keauhou Shopping Center, 78-6831 Alii Dr (Located in courtyard behind Tropics Tap House & Bianelli's). Park & walk into courtyard area. 2nd, you will drive to Keauhou Bay, 78-7138 Kaleiopapa St. Transportation to store & to Keauhou Bay is guest responsibility. If Ubering, schedule 2 stops in app so driver will wait for you. No need to return to store post trip

Mantas are wild animals. No refunds or re-rides if we do not see mantas. If you do not show for your tour or arrive late, we do not offer reschedules, credits or refunds, no exceptions. If minimum passengers are not met, you will be offered an alternative tour or full refund. If tour is canceled due to unsafe conditions, we will contact you to reschedule. Tours run in rain.
