We had a lovely time with our tour guide, he was very knowledgeable about St. Augustine and could tell us something interesting about pretty much everything we saw or asked about! He was an excellent storyteller and we had a great time!
If you are looking to see ghosts this tour is not for you. It is EXTREMELY rare to see a Ghost on tour. You would need to stay in a haunted location and that is not promising either. The small cobblestone streets, old homes and businesses of St.Augustine at night add to the reality of the ghostly past giving a unique experience. Our City has many streets that are extremely old, any personal accidents occurring on tour from improper footwear and issues concerning the streets are not the fault of our tour and will be hold harmless. Departure Point
- The meeting point for the St.Augustine "South" City Tour is 95 Cordova St. Which is the Casa Monica Hotel. You can find me on the corner of the Casa Monica hotel by the Starbucks outdoor cafe. Dressed in 18th century attire and my steampunk hat. I will have a lit lantern to help guide our way.
- We end our walk on the first street of our Nation, Aviles Street, in front of the old City jail and Spanish Military hospital/

This was a fun and interesting walk just a stone throw from the Old Town's busy area. We heard about the city's history and several stories of paranormal experiences. Our guide, Ephram, was entertaining and kept the young kids involved too.

My husband, 15 year-old daughter and I enjoyed our tour with Ephraim. Not only was he informative but he had jokes. We learned a lot about the history and ghosts of St. Augustine. I highly recommend this very well curated and personal tour with Ephraim.
