Upon arrival, we were directed to the parking lot up the hill, which was full. However there was space to park up the hill a little further on the grass. We weren’t sure where to walk to from there. A marina employee passing by us, guided us to where to go for check-in. Check-in was efficient with color coded wristbands for the different catamaran tours. The tour operators are very professional and well organized. We had assigned seats on the boat, which I liked. Our belongings were left in “our” space when we went ashore. It takes walking through armpit deep water to get to shore, so most of our things we left onboard. The lunch was very, very good! Plentiful. Open bar was enjoyed by all in my party of five. All in all we felt well looked after by the crew and the 6 hours flew by! Thanks to our crew: Alexa, David, Captain Carlos and Cava

We booked the day trip to Icacos (9-3 PM). Staff was great from check-in (very easy, clear instructions) all the way to our return trip. The boat crew really went above and beyond for everyone on the boat. You couldn't even tell there were about 50 people on the boat because of how attentive they were to everyone, with safety being their number one priority. The catamaran was very spacious and never felt crowded. Plenty of food and drinks. Good snorkeling equipment. We had such a great day. Don't hesitate to book! Shout-out to Canna, Dylan (sp?), Alexis, the Captain, and everyone else (forgot names!) that catered to us and made our day so much fun!

Our family recently returned home with a new wonderful and lasting life memory that was made due to East Island 🏝 Excursions. We visited Puerto Rico for a one week vacation and this tour was the absolute highlight. My husband four children and I all agreed this was the best day of our entire trip. Capt. Jose, Little Jose,Luis,David, and other staff members that ran the catamaran could not have been more professional,communicative, enjoyable and honestly just an all around delight to be with. We took the day tour out to Icacos Island, had a delicious lunch buffet, plenty of beach time to explore, snorkle and soak up the sun. Drinks and refreshments were abundant. I would absolutely recommend this company over and over again. Clean and quality vessel with a crew that makes you feel so welcome and immediately at ease. Thank you Captain Jose and crew. Job well done!
