One of the highlights of our girls’ trip to Sante Fe. Exceeding all of our expectations. We did bring our own mimosas and happily paid the corkage fee as we enjoyed pastries and a variety of breads and spreads. Absolutely everything is made in house from the butter to the bread and spreads, to the fresh melon juice on the table The homemade yogurt was a taste explosion and was topped with berries, honey, and rosebuds, just to mention a few of the flavorful toppings. Again all made in house or locally sourced. The star of the show was stuffed zucchini flowers. Delicately and beautifully prepared and stuffed with homemade ricotta and herbs. It was garnished with huge basil leaves that were the perfect flavor match. Lastly we were served raspberry tiramisu. Strong finish to an extraordinary brunch. The chef and owner, Carolina and her partner and husband, Manuel were gracious hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them after our meal on the garden of their charming inn.

Dine in Santa Fe with a memorable meal at a specialized chef's brunch. Let Chef Carolina, trained at Le Cordon Bleu School, prepare dishes that showcase the unique flavors of Santa Fe, a mix of Spanish, Mexican, and Native American cuisines. You'll be enjoying a three-course menu with hand-picked dishes, fresh flowers, and tableware, creating an air of sophistication. In winter months there is a communal table for up to 10 people. In summer months small tables await guests outside. Chef Carolina is joined by Manuel, an experienced sommelier and aesthete.

Food was fresh, locally sourced, and prepared with skill. The ambiance was great! Coffee, teas, juice, fruit & yogurt were wonderful! So were the cookies and breads. I enjoyed the three mini-tacos as well. There were only two negative things I could say. The portion size was small - the mini tacos were about unshelled walnut size - a mouthful. We've been on other Viator outings and always been pleased. Their write-up really hyped up Chef Carolina but she never came out of the kitchen and introduced herself or schmoozed with us. We were a little disappointed.

Multiple course gourmet brunch, all homemade. Lovely setting and conversation. This is not a cooking class or observation in the kitchen if that’s what you’re looking for.

One of the best brunches we've ever been to! Carolina is an excellent chef and wonderful hostess. The choice of natural home grown foods was delicious. We would definitely come back again. Weather perfect, as was the setting.

The venue is in the outdoor garden at a historic home/hotel complex in a very older part of Santa Fe. Chef Carolina was very sweet, gracious, and proud of the dishes she prepared for us. She had a table of 4 set for our private group. Each dish was unique, adequate size, and used very fresh, seasonal ingredients. Honestly, Viator's charges were excessive for this activity. They probably made more money than the chef and her staff.
