Excellent experience was on my to do list for 18yrs and finally got there 5 stars. Our tour guide I think his name was Jason, explained from the jump this is wild life not a zoo so an alligator might not be seen which is understandable. We went for the experience but we saw two gators and our guide called one over which was awesome. Plus an orange iguana! The show afterwards was great as well and my mom and I held a baby gator! Another plus I’ll definitely be back life be spared with my wife🙏🏾

Captain was knowledgeable and funny. Canals are pretty and interesting. The only issue was having to wait about 40 minutes after booked time to fill the boat. The group we were with complained to no avail.

We have been on small air boats before and were disappointed with this tour as our boat held 50 people. This operator appears to cater to the cruise ship excursion industry, but if you have never been on a air boat then this might be for you. I was surprised we saw even one alligator as they have so many boats doing the same circuit. Our driver Joe did his best to entertain and inform us about the everglades and we found the live alligator show also had lots of interesting information. To be fair the one hour tour/show is priced very reasonably and a conventional air boat ride would cost you hundreds.

Mass handling! I have also done airboat tours along the Tamiani Trail which were much better. Smaller boats, much more routes, more interesting routes. Here 20-25 people are put in a boat, the driver tried to be a comedian 45 instead of the announced 60 minutes.
