Great day! We had Captain Drew. He was fantastic. We happened to go through mating season. There were so many animals.

We had a great experience! The alligator show was amazing and the airboat ride also! We saw many alligators! Our boat captain was very informative and friendly! Great experience!

We had a great time once we got on the boat. They don’t take reservations so we waited one and 1/2 hours for our turn. They said it was an extremely busy day with many school trips.

We did the VIP service which was super convenient, they picked us up right at the door of our hotel and the trip was relatively easy.
We did one of the earliest tours so we didn’t have to wait very much. The issue was, a family with a child completely ruined the tour and I wish the staff had intervened, as difficult as that can be. The child did not want to board the boat and the father forced him on board, and the child— not an infant, but an older child— screamed at the top of their lungs for the entire tour, with no intervention from the parents.
I feel the staff should not have allowed these people to board until the child calmed down. It was truly unbearable and all of us were basically held captive by this child and his terrible parents for an hour. I put on noise cancelling headphones so I did not hear any of the tour. Everyone was highly uncomfortable but with parents being how they are these days, no one felt comfortable confronting them.
We did see a lot of alligators and beautiful wildlife.
Afterwards, the animal show was completely packed with school groups and we barely could find a seat. I liked seeing the alligators but I was increasingly uncomfortable with the way the rest of the animals were treated.
They had animals in tiny, barebones cages with no stimulation or even light in some of the cages. I felt uncomfortable that I had given my money to a place that is likely mistreating animals.
Wouldn’t do it again; probably would find a private tour.

Excellent value for money. About an hour of airboat tour, a gator show with amusing host, a free printed professional photo taken on site, a free mini zoo and a chance to pet live animals with photo op-- all included with ticket (extra $10 for the animal petting). It's a disciplined outfit and thoughtful management. Plenty of gators and wildlife viewing in the wild from your airboat. Kids extra sensitive to sound might want to carry ear mufflers or headset as the sound is very loud when the airboat accelerates to cruising speed. Very fun experience!
