We didn’t get to go due to not having an update on pick up time before the day of… we called the night before with no response then the morning of we called at 5:40 am then at 6:30 with no response and finally got thru and was told we had 10 minutes for the pick up… ended up not going … they couldn’t accommodate us for another day

This is the 6th time I've been to this park and there's always something different, even if that's not necessarily good.
It is definitely advisable to buy the Plus package, and if possible, well in advance to grab a good discount. Mexicans we have a special cost, so take advantage of it. I do not recommend buying transportation by the park: it is VERY expensive and there are other economic options to get to and from the park. Don’t hire taxis to get to or from the airport: they are cost abusive. My rec: plan how to get to and from the park in advance of your ticket purchase.
The souvenir shop is very attractive, but the costs of souvenirs are VERY high. You should definitely carry extra indep (cash or card) to buy something. It's very hard to get out of there without a memory.
Don’t buy the extra attractions – they’re expensive and there are plenty of things to do in the park that are included in the entrance.
Don't buy the photo pass either. Better take your water camera so you can take your photos yourself, without paying for them.

We spent the whole day in the park enjoying a complete entertainment. From the natural river flow to the pre-Hispanic and typical performances. Despite the season the place was not so crowded. We were a little worried since the show ends at night and the way in through the jungle can't be crossed walking. Forcedly we had to hire a taxi to take us back to the hotel. Staff is friendly and professional. We consider a fair price for what you get. But souvenirs and photos are quite expensive.
