We absolutely loved Xel-Há. The park is stunning, beautifully maintained and feels like a perfect mix of nature and adventure.
One of the best things is that almost everything is included — food, drinks, towels and the majority of activities — which makes the day feel relaxed and great value. Any experiences that cost extra are clearly explained, so there are no surprises.
There’s so much to do, from swimming and snorkelling to simply relaxing and enjoying the scenery. It’s incredibly well organised and easy to spend a full day there without feeling rushed.
I would highly recommend Xel-Há for both families and couples. It’s a memorable experience and somewhere we would happily return to.

Nice park but a lot of walking. A bit overpriced for what is there. My great grandson enjoyed his time with the dolphins but that was an extra charge. Go th Jungle Place instead, more bang for your buck

The park is beautiful but we had a serious problem with a charge on the card, put an extra zero at the end of the value, credit card by approximation, in the spa service on site, only saw when the notification came in my cell phone. I immediately informed the person who charged, who saw the question and said that I would return at the same time.
3 days later, I looked at the invoice of the card and there was no refund, because of this I opened a call at the SAC of the park, 50 days later, they followed without refunding the wrong amount and stopped answering my and mail.
Something I've never been through... A park that size... with that structure... very disappointing.

Xel-Ha is by far the most relaxing of Xcaret parks and it gives you the most freedom. Just spent 4 nights at hotel Xcaret Arte and this park was included. It was our favorite of the ones that we visited, and we visited them all except Xenses. It’s basically a water themed park where you can get in the water and interact with sea animals or you can just lounge and float or snorkel through the mangroves, float down a natural lazy river, cliff dive, ride the tallest slide in the Riviera Maya, and more. There are also restaurants and areas for kids.
The highlight of my day was swimming with manatees, which was a bucket list item for me. It was a beautiful experience, and I really will cherish it. I also rode the giant lighthouse slide, which is the tallest slide in the Riviera Maya. It was really fun, although the end was quite a surprise and felt like I got thrown into a washing machine. My favorite part of the day was floating down the natural lazy river and I honestly loved it. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was 80° and I will remember it forever.
This place is truly awesome and it’s great for families or couples. I plan to be back in the future.
