- Children from 0 to 4 years are free. From 5 to 11 years pay the child price. 12 years and over, pay the adult rate.

Traveler Pickup Information
- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying, "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup.
- To know the exact time and meeting point, you must send a message through the option on your reservation at least 24 hours before the purchased visit date.
- Pickups are made from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel.
- If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to provide your full address including street name, street number, house number, state, postcode and city. This will enable us to provide you with the nearest pick-up point. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes.
- Please let us know if you do not require transport and wish to travel to the park by your means. Please note that transport services that are not used will not be refunded.
- We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest. Some hotels have a policy of not allowing visitors onto the premises.
