My first visit to Maui and my first dive in 20 years. Needed a refresher. Extended Horizons was recommended to me by a local boat Captain. Booked a shore dive/refresher and had a blast. Met my Instructor Michael next door to our resort and he had all the gear ready to go. Michael was great and covered the info quickly and effectively. I was surprised at how much I had forgotten even after having watched many YouTube videos. The Reef right off shore was teeming with life and Michael identified the various creatures and quickly jotted down the names and special info about them on his Etch A Sketch pad! Great Experience and would do it again in a heartbeat! Shoutout to Ethan who handled my booking by phone and kept me on track with subsequent texts. Spot On!

Excellent service start to finish. Fun and relaxing dives. Saw turtles, rays, eels, puffers, barracudas, etc, and heard whales in the distance. Gustavo was an A-plus dive instructor with our mixed group of beginner and advanced divers. Highly recommend!

I did 2 ECO shore dives with Extended Horizons (the original dive I booked was only one tank. I added an extra dive). Ashley was an amazing guide. She is so enthusiastic, passionate and patient. I learned so much about the reef and the marine life ecosystem. She brought a writing board on the dives so she could explain and point out interesting facts, identify fish and so many cool things. It truly enriched the dives. Mala pier was exceptional that day. It was like watching a busy underwater town. I can’t say enough about the experience. I have been on many dives in Maui and have completed 4 dives with Extended Horizons. I will definitely keep booking with them in the future especially for the ECO dives.

I was excited to find an open dive shop and tour copnay on west maui when booking with Extended Horizons. I further had a stellar expearance diving two shore dives this week from airport beach with the knolegeable and professional crew from Extended Horizons team. Michael and Gabby did a great job. The water conditions were amazing and the compnay throughfully planned the shore dive site around the groups prefrences, expierence and daily water conditions. I will be diving again with this compnay when I return to Hawaii.

I had an amazing double tank shore dive with Extended Horizons last week. I went solo and joined another family, and our dive leader Mike was fantastic. He was super professional, kept the group comfortable + safe while also treating us with maturity, and pointed out so much incredible wildlife—highlights included a moray eel, dragon eel, and a flying gurnard! The whole experience was smooth and well run: we did our first dive, swapped tanks on shore, and went right back in for another great dive. A very memorable day and I will absolutely dive with Mike and Extended Horizons next time I’m back in Maui!
