I confirmed multiple times with the company that we were getting picked up at the cruise port and taken to the airport, but our driver initially went to the airport before I got in contact and he came to the cruise port. Luckily, we had extra time that morning and still arrived on time for our flights. The rest of the experience was pleasant.

Get a driver that is familiar with the airport; airport garage and location of the hotel. He was at the wrong baggage claim area then was confused about how to get to the area in the garage where his vehicle was parked. He missed the hotel and had to double back.

The driver arrived on time, the van was spotless, and the driver was very courteous. I will be using them there services again. Also we were offered water before boarding.
