A Relaxing Cruise - Enjoyed the Miami Twilight Skyline. Drinks and snacks were available for purchase. It was approximately about one hour and 30 minutes. Great views of the city at night.

Was not able to find the place with provided instructions. Was told refunds are unlikely. Operator will try to reschedule. I spent an hour walking in the rain trying to find the meeting point. I’m highly irritated, definitely would not want to reschedule. I tried calling and email the provided information. No one answered the phone. Email address was undeliverable.

The ship sails about 15min to the middle of the port and then after 30min back again. It gives the impression that the captain only wants to sell his drinks
