This retreat is for women only! This is a chance to get out and meet other like minded women who want to travel and experience new people, places and skills. We are geared toward beginners or seasoned Yogis, hikers and artists. We highly encourage everyone show up with an open heart to share life experience with others and to be open to talking about expectations in life and how those expectations can be life changing.
Itinerary
We will pick up all travelers at the meet up point and begin our 3 day/2night ladies retreat. We will kick off our trip by heading up the mountain, sightseeing and then settling into our cabin. Upon arrival a selection of charcutier and drinks will be provided and then begin with welcome ceremony. Our trip includes Yoga, Hiking, painting, journaling and time to relax and have fun. This is meant to be a trip where you come away refreshed, relaxed with a full heart and excitement about new skills you have learned or improved upon. Yin with stretching, meditations, yoga nidra and sunrise vinyasa for our Yogis, Hiking to be in nature and art for all. You will get to take home the beautiful art that you learned to paint. Our art instructor can teach even those who have never painted before how to make a beautiful canvas. Hikes lead by a National Registered Paramedic and Wilderness first aid certified guide.
