From Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki. Infants under 2 year old is free when they are held by an adult. Car seat is not a requirement but is recommended, once infant occupies a seat with the baby seat adult fee is applied. This is a shared ride, not private. Rate for one way trips only. ***This is for a Airport to Waikiki booking.
Departure Point
- If you arrived on a domestic flight, pick-up in Terminal 2 will be at Pre-Arranged 5. If you are in baggage claim 21-31, please exit outside to the curb, turn right and walk down to Emergency Zone #67, and make another right going around the corner. You should see a seating area with black chairs.
- If you arrived on a domestic or international flight, pick-up in Terminal 2 will be at Pre-Arranged 3. If you are in baggage claim 16-20, please exit outside to the curb, turn left and cross the street to the center median from Emergency Zone #32.
- If you arrived on an inter-island flight, pick up in Terminal 1 will be at Pre-Arranged 1. After exiting out of baggage claim 6-11, please turn to the left and walk down to the end and make another left going around the corner.

- Service animals allowed
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Specialized infant seats are available
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Please allow a minimum of 15 min after retrieving luggage for shuttle to arrive. Please confirm 24 hrs prior to arrival to ensure a quick and speedy pick up from airport.
- Stroller accessible, but must be collapsible stroller

First we had to call them and waited 20minutes to be picked up there was no text to communicate prior ..the worst part was he dropped us off in the back of the resort at the loading dock we had to walk 10 minutes through the cobblestone to get to the resort front desk . Will never use this shuttle service again ..horrible service

In the itenery we where instructed to wait at the garage parking at Gate #1,2,3 and no body showed up so, i called the company, then they telling me go to Gate #5 - where I was already there initialy - walk to the garage door, then walk back where i came out of my plane and waste my more than 50 minutes time to wait for the next shuttle. They should have update their pick up instructios on their itenery.

Great communication driver picked up our group of 14 people at the airport and delivered us to Honolulu Waikiki beach hotel.

When weŵ0 called for pickup, driver was there witin 10 minutes. Driver offered col water. Driver had 2 other stops in van with us .
