Friendly service had a great conversation about Harley's. Great driver felt safe and we made it our place in good time.
From Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki. Infants under 2 year old is free when they are held by an adult. Car seat is not a requirement but is recommended, once infant occupies a seat with the baby seat adult fee is applied. This is a shared ride, not private. Rate for one way trips only. ***This is for a Airport to Waikiki booking.
Departure Point
- If you arrived on a domestic flight, pick-up in Terminal 2 will be at Pre-Arranged 5. If you are in baggage claim 21-31, please exit outside to the curb, turn right and walk down to Emergency Zone #67, and make another right going around the corner. You should see a seating area with black chairs.
- If you arrived on a domestic or international flight, pick-up in Terminal 2 will be at Pre-Arranged 3. If you are in baggage claim 16-20, please exit outside to the curb, turn left and cross the street to the center median from Emergency Zone #32.
- If you arrived on an inter-island flight, pick up in Terminal 1 will be at Pre-Arranged 1. After exiting out of baggage claim 6-11, please turn to the left and walk down to the end and make another left going around the corner.

We were told by our Viator app to exit by baggage level 6, turn left then turn left again. At 1205 I text viator and was told I needed to call 877-359-4513. I called and was informed I should have called them after I got our bags. We were to meet outside the door #11 near the umbrellas. I had made a reservation for pickup at 12. If I knew I was to call the above number on arrival, I could have done it at 11am when we had our bags. A disappointing start to our vacation. We were finally picked up at 1230. Our driver was pleasant.

The tour operator change our meeting time & place the day b4 our tour which was not convenient but we said ok then he told our 16 person tour to meet him back at parking lot for next leg of tour at 10:45 we were there at 10:45 but he left is b/c he decided to move it up with a text less than 40 minutes b4 this new time! Another driver fir karma tours told us to go back in get the shuttle bus peir but when we tried to go back thru gates we were not allowed unless we dropped our bags with $100’s of souvenirs we had purchase so we missed 1/2 the tour & had to pay $70 to get a taxi back to our hotel
Robert only cared about himself & getting his tour done not with the rest of us who were here on vacation spending &660 on this tour!
Stay away from karma tours the real karma should be on our guide !!! Robert boooo

The first thing you should know about your booking with Fly Shuttle is not to assume that the van you’re looking for at the airport or your hotel does not say Fly Shuttle on it.
We were confused when a GO GO Shuttle pulled up and a sign with an incorrect first name was shown to us. Only when we were asked our phone number did we realize that we were the intended passengers.
Confusing. But once underway we were ok.
On schedule. But passengers need to be alerted to watch for Go Go or any of the other companies owned by Fly Shuttle.

They were very prompt, called when we landed and gave clear directions to pickup point, driver helped with our bags, safe driving, nice vehicle. Shuttle service was great.
