Erin, our tour guide, did an excellent job describing the history of the Treme and it’s significance not only for New Orleans, but for the US as a whole. We loved the way she played musical excerpts showcasing the artistry of historical figures she had just described. I highly recommend this tour for any visitor to New Orleans. Your experience in the city will be deeply enriched.

Erin was our tour guide and she was exceptional in every possible way, knowledgeable, passionate, and approachable. She clearly loves New Orleans and its history, and her enthusiasm was contagious. She also had the vocal control of a trained actor. My husband has hearing issues, and we could always hear her and understand every single word she was saying, and as veterans of many walking tours we really appreciated that. We learned so much about Treme and the history of New Orleans. This tour was an absolute highlight of our trip. We will highly (!) recommend it to anyone we know that is traveling to Nola. (In addition, she drew our attention to two excellent eateries in the neighborhood…which we returned to…Treme Coffeehouse, and Lil’ Dizzys) Thank you Erin!

We went on the Treme tour with Claire. She did a great job. She was knowledgeable and fun. We learned so much and had a great time. Even though it was raining buckets, Claire was upbeat and enthusiastic and made the tour a total blast! I definitely would recommend this tour, even in the rain!

Great educational tour that sets you straight on Voodoo, Creole, Cajuns, and the beautiful rich history of New Orleans. I really enjoyed it and wished it kept going. Our tour guide, Erin, was fantastic. I think we did the Treme tour.
