Wear comfortable shoes and clothes for getting in and out of the van. Eat a little something before going or take snacks in a backpack to hold you over between the Stadium tour and city tour.
As someone almost 60yo a small passenger bus would have been more comfortable for everyone to get in and out without crawling over others. It would have allowed everyone to have good views of the city. Structuring the tour to give an hour at the market would be helpful.

The stadium tour was very informative and we travelled around the whole stadium and looked in the locker rooms of both the cowboys and cheerleaders. Our only issue was the field was being taken up due to a soccer game the previous weekend so it didn’t look like the NFL field you would expect, but otherwise it was a great tour. The Dallas tour was good and the tour guide William really knew his stuff about Dallas. We got to see some suburbs and the place where JFK was assassinated which was interesting and made you want to look up the history around that again.
