My wife and I were caught in the airport Atlanta due to the DOT and FAA disruptions as well as weather. We spent the whole night in the Atlanta airport. When it was clear all of our flights had been canceled I notified both Alex S., Owner of Fun Dallas Tours and Viator at 7 PM on Sunday. The tour was scheduled for the next morning at 9 AM. My flight did not leave Atlanta until 1:17 PM. Both of them strictly enforced the 24 hour cancellation without exception. It doesn't matter whether it's your fault or not. It doesn't matter if you have a heart attack or any other catastrophe Alex is not going to give you a refund within the 24 hours. A compassionate and customer friendly organization such as Marriott hotels which has a 48 hour cancellation policy graciously waived my arrival because they understood since it was in the news about all the flight delays. So if you're going on any of these tours in Dallas I would strongly recommend whether they're driving or flying do not book any of these tours in advance and if you have to use this company do not book until you're sure you will be in Dallas because they will never give you a refund. Of course he did graciously offer to let me pay for another tour and he would give me a two for one which means I would have paid for three tours to get two. No way I was gonna give him any more of my money. Most of these tours you're better off just taking an Uber to the location. For example the AT&T Stadium tour you're just paying for an expensive Uber if you use Fun Dallas Tours. Just Uber there and buy your tickets direct from AT&T stadium and you can get a VIP tour for $40.

The tour was very informative and value for money
Dan our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate when talking about the history of Dallas especially the JFK assassination. He kept to time and managed everyone’s needs. Being in a smallgroup definitely helped this.
The longhorn cattle run in Fort Worth was the highlight of the trip for me it was amazing. I would really recommend this trip to anyone who visits Dallas
