I participated in a private tour with a fully Japanese-speaking guide for 3 days and 2 nights. Hotels are self-arranged and destinations are all request-based. It was a pretty expensive tour and I had a lot of concerns if I didn't meet my guide, but it turned out to be the best tour I could have. Veteran Guide K was a guide who never left us and was totally stress-free for us with the best distance. We had a great two nights and three days, where we came to our own way along the way, showed us some of the best views we could recommend (which we probably know only because we are veteran guides), and it was no exaggeration to say that it changed our view of travel. Since the travel agency doesn't deal directly with the guide, I was a little worried that my initial interaction with the agency seemed somewhat inflexible, and that the reply was delayed, probably because it took so long to confirm. But in the end, it was such a wonderful journey that we were able to erase all that thanks to Guide K. If anyone asks for a personal tour here, please make a nomination request! We went on a trip to many countries and asked for personal guides, but thank you so much, Guide K, for being the most comfortable person we have ever had.
