Utterly disappointed with this trip … cost nearly £800 and should have been a special experience. DO NOT TRUST THIS TOUR COMPANY !! The driver did not even tell us his name … We would have been better taking the free bus from Canada Place. The driver was 30 mins late. Had to phone to find him. He was eating lunch in the Suspension Bridge Park when we were due to meet him. We never got offered of snacks or drinks that should have been included. It took 25 mins at each place for him to go and get the attraction tickets. Absolutely disgusted with the service we received. This trip was supposed to be the highlight of our Vancouver trip. TOTAL RIP OFF!!
