The tour was a lot a fun. It was a good way to explore Denver and eat some good gluten free food. I would definitely recommend it
Denver’s best & only gluten free & brew tour with a local foodie, world traveler, & celiac! I was a gluten free travel blogger for years & built & sold the first dedicated gluten free app! I lived abroad for 5 years, so I bring my world traveling experience, being gluten free in numerous countries, & my passion for food, bringing people together, & travel! Denver is one of the best places to be gluten free & I’m going to show you all the gems that you will love! I promise those who eat gluten will love this tour too! Ask is simple: come hungry, open-minded, & with comfortable shoes. You’ll leave with new friends, tasty new food & drinks in your belly. You’ll not only have an insider’s knowledge to the city but you’ll also leave with a huge list of places to check out! Must be 21 for this tour as we have 2 drink spots & 2 food spots.

- Go to the downstairs of Avanti (make sure to bring your ID for Avanti and the tour!); show your ID and head inside to the right by the bar. We will meet there.

Avanti is a place to enjoy fantastic views over the Rocky Mountains and the city skyline from one of the best rooftop bars in Denver. It is also a collective eatery, where each restaurant is built in modified shipping containers. We will have lunch here at one of the absolute best gluten free spots in the country! I promise your non-gluten free friends will love this unique dish and spot as well!Duration: 45 minutesStop At: Denver Union Station1701 Wynkoop St, , Denver, ColoradoWe will be stopping at Union Station to see this Denver hotspot, point out restaurants, shops, and more, while also having suggestions for when you come back. Our tour was so amazing. Every stop was at a very cool place and the food or drink at each was just as fantastic as the location. We will be returning to each site for sure. Carrie was so knowledgeable about the city and the gluten free options.

Wow! Carrie did not disappoint! Her choices of stops had us in some of the coolest neighborhoods! The food was fabulous, the drinks were lovely and the snack definitely hit the spot! She has so much GF info to offer and shares a genuine appreciation for what GF chefs, brewers and bakers do to make our lives easier AND delicious! My husband (not GF) enjoyed the tour as well, so bring a partner!

Carrie is a fantastic tour guide with extensive information to share regarding the gluten free food and drink scene in Denver and throughout the world. Tour provided a great tour of downtown Denver. Only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star rating is that tour was a bit sparse on providing gluten free food samplings during the various planned stops

Carrie is a wealth of knowledge and a very friendly guide. We were treated like a friend and were shown some unique places for gluten free food. The history of Denver was also very interesting, This is a very unique food tour and was great as family members are coeliacs and they both felt included.
