They turned up at 2.40pm for a 2pm booking. Driver called me at 2.10pm to say he was close by, and took a further 30 mins to arrive. The description of the pick up point on their website is not accurate either.

I checked the address, meeting place and time I waited 20 minutes from the ride time, but they didn't pick me up. I thought something was fishy when I made the reservation. I was relieved because I even contacted him to confirm Sure enough, he didn't come to pick me up, contacted the tour company, but after a day, he didn't even reply. I will never use this company again. Others should also be careful when using,

Two of our families booked this company for transportation back to the airport. We received an email confirming the exact pickup time and location at our hotel. One family called ahead just to reconfirm and was told that the pickup time was “too early” and that they do not provide service that early in the morning. They were then told they would need to find alternate transportation. Concerned, I called as well since my flight departed at 8:00 a.m., and I was told the same thing. This was extremely frustrating, as we were never notified of any issue. They allowed us to book, sent confirmation emails and texts stating everything was confirmed, and even provided a specific pickup time of 5:15 a.m. The only reason we found out there was a problem was because we called the day before to double-check. This caused significant stress and took up valuable vacation time while we scrambled to make last-minute arrangements. Had we not called, we would have been stranded.
