We were welcomed on arrival by a member of staff who led the passengers to the mini bus. The driver was a cheerful guy and navigated the traffic very well.

Had to call the company after they didn't arrive to transfer us to the airport. They had no one available to transfer us and refunded us!

Don’t do it. Van was overbooked with pickups - took 2 hours to even leave the city and over an hour to the airport after that. Almost missed our flight - only caught it because it delayed at the last minute.

We were informed that we needed to be picked up at 6 AM for a 1 PM flight out of JFK. We were dropped off at 8 AM. Completely ridiculous. To waste our time sitting in the airport for an additional five hours was beyond my comprehension. Definitely not interested in doing this again. Also, the van that we were picked up and smelled like body odor.

The driver was friendly & kept me informed of the traffic problems delaying his arrival. Next time I will take a private shuttle or a taxi when flying out of JFK. We were in the shuttle over 2 hrs. We made our 2:00 p.m. flight, bit it took to long.
