Redemption Instructions
There are no reservations necessary from the airport to the hotel. After claiming luggage and clearing customs, passengers must proceed to GROUND TRANSPORTATION DESK in their arriving terminal and present this voucher to the agent at the desk for transfer assistance and instructions. If an agent is unavailable at the Ground Transportation Desk, pick up a courtesy phone at the nearby transportation phone bank and dial #18 for GO Airlink NYC.

Go Airlink NYC can provide ADA wheelchair accessible vehicles. Reservations required. Please send flight and hotel information to reservations@airlinknyc.com no later than 72 hours before the arrival.

Due to local laws, drivers reserve the right to refuse any customers who do not have a car seat for infants.

The following items are prohibited from being brought into Go Airlink vehicles: alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, firearms, explosives and fireworks.

Traveler Pickup Information
There are no reservations necessary from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival, follow the signs to baggage claim & collect your luggage. Locate the Welcome Center near baggage claim and dial 18 from the courtesy phones located in the Welcome Center. Provide the customer service representative your name or booking confirmation number. Please have your confirmation email available in print or on your mobile device. Your driver will meet you at the Welcome Center. Please remain in that area.
