viator used Goairlink for our transportion to and from JFK to our hotel in times square. Pick from airport to hotel was great.. no problems and just a little wait but on the return goairlink notified us 2 days prior to pick up that they couldn't accommodate us due to our early airline departure time. Viator should of known this before they gave us the confirm reservation.. we had to cancel and find our own transportation...They are giving me a refund but they should of known the times Goairlink serviced...

Couldn’t locate the pick up spot or find the driver he arrived very late. Did not keep in contact or give good directions to find him We were not alone. They was another group waiting as well. Really awful service will not use this again

We arrived at JFK as per instructions went to desk to request transfer waiting nearly an hour no answer for least 35 minutes then told we had no booking we got a yellow cab and no refund for this AVOID using!!!!

Use yellow cab less stress and doesn’t cost any more money, our taxi didn’t turn up for 2/1/2 hours, we lost a night out in NYC . The driver was rid and ignored you. Would not advise anyone to use this company. Yellow can same price and no waiting around.

Waited forever with zero communication. Packed like sardines and we were almost left waiting. Driver was pretty nice
