We could not have been happier or more satisfied with the service and round trip to New York City. Kenny Leung (owner) was exceptionally responsive to our inquiries before booking as we had not previously experienced GoSherpa. This was so appreciated. He accommodated all our requests for information and service and the trip was incredibly easy. Especially appreciated were the door-to-door drop off and pick up at our hotel, omitting the hassle of getting an Uber or taxi.
