We left Vegas at about 540 am for our journey to the grand canyon the sun rise in the Arizona desert is beautiful, made our first stop at a gas station to get refreshments and use the restroom. We were given the option to either take a helicopter ride to see the grand canyon which was about $300 a person, a guided tour for $20 a person or go off by your self. We drove another 3 hours and arrived to the grand canyon visitor center to use the restroom and get our lunches. We were able to eat on the bus as we ate we headed to the the entrance of the park. We decided to get the guided tour which made the experience more fun and knowledgeable. There was a nice size crowd at the park that day. We made a stop at Mather Point to take some of the most beautiful pictures, our guide Joel gave us some fun facts about the grand canyon, we were at Mather Point for about and hour and we hopped back on the bus and headed to Bright Angel Lodge, there Joel gave us more facts about when the buildings were built and who designed them. We saw the el Tovar lodge which was a hunting lodge for the elite people back in the day and the hopi house which everything was all original. All the places were beautiful. We stayed at the Grand canyon for roughly 4 hours and headed back to Las Vegas the drive back was another 4 hours arrived back to Vegas at about 6:30pm. Joel our guide made this trip fun. Hes funny, outgoing and knowledgeable. Carlos our driver was excellent. He was very professional and got us to and from the grand canyon safely. These 2 gentlemen are amazing and work very well together. Only down side was the wifi on the bus didn't work. But over all the best trip and experience every. You'll get some of the most beautiful pictures of the grand canyon ever. I highly recommend this trip.

As Las Vegas locals, my husband and I were looking for a fun weekend activity, and this tour was way better than we thought! Joel was great at sharing interesting facts about the Grand Canyon that we didn’t know. We felt super safe on the trip! Definitely a must-try!

Gia and Milton were the greatest guides! They gave us tons of information about the stops and had the greatest energy all the time.

This experience was extremely disappointing and, frankly, feels like a scam. We booked a Grand Canyon day tour with National Park Express (via Viator/TripAdvisor). The booking clearly stated that everything was included in the price. Pickup was scheduled at 5:00 a.m., with a meeting point at a hotel around 4:45 a.m. At 4:00 a.m., less than one hour before pickup, we received an email stating that we now had to pay an additional USD 100 per person, due to a new Executive Order effective January 1st. To be clear: we do not dispute the existence of this regulation. What we strongly contest is the process. We booked the excursion the previous morning, with no mention whatsoever of this surcharge on the website or during booking. Being informed at 4:00 a.m. for a 5:00 a.m. pickup leaves no real choice. The operator also refused any cancellation or refund, effectively forcing us to proceed. It gets worse: the base tour price already includes the park entrance fee that U.S. residents pay. As non-U.S. residents, we were therefore charged twice for park access: once in the package price and again via the USD 100 “foreign visitor” surcharge. The Executive Order in question was officially published on November 25, more than a month before our tour. The operator had ample time to update their website and inform customers properly. Even today, the booking page still does not clearly reflect this surcharge. This combination of misleading pricing, last-minute pressure, refusal to cancel and double charging is unacceptable. Customer service was dismissive and offered no meaningful solution.

Had a blast visiting the Grand Canyon as well as seeing the Hoover dam from up close. Some of the best views I’ve ever seen. Milton was our tour guide and bus driver and he was great. 10/10 would recommend.
