The tour was exactly as described. Our pick up point was very easy to find at Excalibur and our driver and guide Paul met us there promptly. He was friendly and informative. Once we made the additional stops we were on our way to the Dam. Paul gave us insight on the towns we were passing through as we traveled to the Hoover Dam. Once we got to the Dam he explained where to go and where to come back after the tour. It could not have been easier. Those of us doing the inside tour had to go through security just like the airport. It was very simple and fast. We watched a short film on the Dam and then proceeded to the underground tour. I recommend it highly. It’s a fascinating tour of how the Dam functions. After the tour of the underground you can check out the exhibits and then walk the top of the Dam. It’s an absolute engineering marvel. We met back at the bus and then made a stop at the Memorial bridge. You can see the Dam from another perspective and also have one foot in Nevada and one foot in Arizona. Paul took us to another stop where we were able to see long horn sheep. It was definitely interesting to see them right next to a kids park just hanging out. Our last stop was in Boulder City where we were able to walk around an shea something to eat. I would definitely recommend this tour for the experience and the ease of it.
