Our tour guide was great! She was knowledgeable, lovely & sweet.
Kept us updated and explained everything well.
After the guided bus tour we moved onto the boat cruise on Biscayne which was a complete scam and rip off.
First the took photos of each family before boarding, saying its for security purposes but then at the end of trip, tried selling us the photos.
Get on the boat and for a small popcorn & can of sprite, we were charge $29.
A couple we met on board were charge $29 for x2 bottle of water.
Then they said there was a Raffle with prize. The winners were then taken down stairs with brochures to sign up to a program of some sort and pay more money. So it wasn't really a prize.
So disappointing on the boat cruise. I would never do it again or recommend it to anyone or if you do it, don't buy any raffles, drinks or food on board!

Hi this Synthia , i had taken this tour but very disappointed with the quality .. there were no safety measurments and seats were dirty , no hygiene maintain .. it was to disappointed

The hotel pick up bus driver was rude, he told us we were not on the list and left us behind. We were picked up an hour later by the Tour bus.

the bus driver was too arrogant, rude and careless following a delay due to the cruise of the boat and what I found more serious is the fact that this driver told me that it is not without problem and that we can leave by uber or other what a disaster
