The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us great recommendations for our free time in Memphis. The stop for food and bathroom on the way there and on the way back was good.

The visit to Graceland and Memphis was the highlight of our trip. Graceland had a number of interesting museums showcasing Elvis’s clothes, cars etc and when combined with a visit to his home made for a great experience. Sun Studios was great too. The tour guide was particularly good. The Peabody Hotel and their legendary ducks was fun. We had food in the Flying Saucer which was good pub grub type experience and importantly as the bus was waiting, the service was prompt. A huge thanks to Viator for their phone call on the morning of our tour to enquire were we still going. Unfortunately we were delayed in arriving at the bus stop due to our car not arriving on time. While we weren’t quite late (we made it about two minutes before the 7am departure) it could have been assumed we weren’t coming. We really appreciate the consideration shown as we were really worried we would miss the bus. For anyone else who is taking this tour it’s well worth the cost and I would advise getting there early if you want a window seat.
