Unfortunately, if there is a way to provide feedback to Tripadvisor other than posting it, I can't find it --which is super frustrating, and a waste of even more of my time than has already been wasted. The tour I was scheduled for was cancelled less than two hours before the event..."bus driver has food poisoning". I can't imagine that there is only one bus driver in Nashville that can do this tour. Soon after this cancellation my other Nashville booked events with Tripadvisor were also cancelled (Food Tour). I have booked TripAdvisor in many cities around the world and never had a cancellation. I can't help but think that this had something to do with the Country Music Awards slated to be in town three days later. Very disappointing, ruined the bulk of plans for the visit. Wish I didn't have to post this here but was given no options. Will try to avoid using Tripadvisor in the future after this experience.

We showed up early for our tour to find out it had been cancelled due to a sick driver. I’m still waiting on a full refund on my credit card.

Our tour guide was fantastic Very knowledgable and funny. Sorry I Cannot remember his name. It was veterans day so we got to see the veterans parade down Broadway

Most of the tour was looking at big gates and tall shrubs, which we expected. However, our driver/tour guide, Glenn, provided a lot of interesting stories and information that made the trip enjoyable. He was also a safe driver, so we felt comfortable navigating the streets.
